Publisher Administrator Registration Form
A Publisher Administrator account can be created for someone who has been given specific authority by their publishing company to act as their Journal Comparison Service (JCS) Administrator. A JCS Publisher Administrator can create user accounts for other publishing colleagues within their organisation who may need to access the JCS, either to upload data in line with one of the approved frameworks, check that data uploaded is correct, or both.
For the avoidance of doubt there can only even be one Publisher Administrator account per publisher
